The Person Behind Bearango
Christopher Robin Nash is a senior talent acquisition strategist, entrepreneur, and business builder with over two decades of experience across sales, recruiting, leadership, and program management. His career spans some of the most recognized names in technology and energy — from early roles in sales and recruiting at Dell Computer and TEKsystems, to technical staffing leadership at OSI and Itron, to helping build GreenFoot as an early clean-energy startup.
Chris founded and operated Parvati Group, an independent recruiting firm, before joining the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in 2013 — where he spent over a decade leading talent acquisition teams that filled 300–400 positions annually through 2020, then transitioned into Education Program Management, overseeing faculty hiring and internship programs through 2025.
Outside of his professional career, Chris was part of the team that built JustPlayinHouse — a family-operated business that grew by 400% before being successfully sold. That growth wasn't the result of one person. It was the result of family, a dedicated team, and a shared commitment to showing up every day and doing the work together. It remains one of the most meaningful chapters of his life, and a reminder that the best outcomes are always built with people, not by them.
Now operating through Bearango LLC in Durango, Colorado, Chris brings that full range of experience — sales, recruiting, leadership, program management, and entrepreneurship — to deliver AI-powered services that are grounded in real-world execution. Bearango is regional-first, scalable-second.
